Leeks With Brown Butter Recipe

Ingredients:
16: Leeks,
2 1/2 tsp: Lemon juice,
6 ounce: Butter,
Salt,
4 tbsp: Bread crumbs, toasted

Directions:
Trim and clean leeks, leaving them whole. Drop in boiling water;
simmer about 10 minutes till done. Drain; keep warm.

In skillet, heat butter till sizzling and golden brown. Stir in
crumbs, lemon juice and salt; pour over leeks and serve.
