Butter & Garlic Sauce (salsa Al Burro E Aglio) Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Butter or margarine,
2 Cloves: garlic, minced
4 tbsp: Water,
1/2 tsp: Parsley, finely chopped

Directions:
Heat in skillet the butter or margarine. Add garlic and cook slowly
until lightly browned. Add slowly water and chopped parsley. Cook
about 10 minutes and serve over cooked spaghetti. Makes about 1 cup.
