Golden Dijon Barbeque Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:
4 lbs: Pork Spareribs,
1 cup: Liquid Honey,
3/4 cup: Frenchs Dijon Mustard,
2 each: To 3 Tbsp Durkee Hot Sauce,
1 tbsp: Soya sauce,
2 tsp: Onion powder,
1/4 tsp: Garlic powder,

Directions:
To prepare ribs: Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Place in large
saucepan and cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and
simmer about 1 hour, or until the meat is tender. Drain ribs. Brush
Golden Dijon Barbeque Sauce generously over the ribs. Barbeque or
broil 4-inches from the heat about 5 minutes per side. Baste ribs
again with sauce just before serving. Makes 6 servings. To make
Golden Dijon Barbeque Sauce: In medium saucepan combine honey, dijon
mustard, hot sauce, doy sauce, onion and garlic powders. Bring
mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes;
stir occasionally. Refrigerate any leftover sauce. ( Great for BBQ
chicken too!).
