1 cup: Diced celery,
1 cup: Chopped red onions,
2 tbsp: White wine vinegar,
2 tbsp: Water,
6 tbsp: Orange juice concentrate,
1/2 cup: Chopped fresh mint,
1/2 tsp: Finely minced jalapeno,
. pepper, optional

PER SERVING

Directions:
