Quick Cheese Grits Recipe

Ingredients:
4 quart: Water,
1 cup: Nonfat milk,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 cup: Quick grits,
3 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
4 ounce: Pasteurized Processed cheese,
. spread,
6 ounce: Sharp cheddar cheese,
. shredded,
1 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1/4 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/4 tsp: Red pepper,
Directions:
Combine the water, milk and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Stir in the grits. Reduce the heat and cook about 5 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
Add the butter, cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and red
pepper. Stir until the butter and cheeses have melted.
NOTE: If not serving immediately, add milk to make the grits creamy
if needed and reheat in a microwave.
