Raisin Oatmeal Scones Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Uncooked oatmeal,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Softened margarine,
1/2 cup: Raisins,
3/4 cup: Sour milk,
Egg, beaten
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix dry ingredients, cut in margarine and
raisins, stir in enough sour milk to moisten. Divide dough in half
and pat on greased cookie sheet about 1/2" thick; cut into quarters.
Brush on egg and bake till browned. Serve with homemade jam or honey.
