Tomatoes & Lemon Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Fresh broccoli,
1 cup: Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp: Grated lemon rind,
2 tbsp: Fresh lemon juice,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,

Directions:
Trim off large leaves of broccoli, and remove tough ends of lower
stalks; cut into spears. Arrange broccoli in a vegetable steamer over
boiling water. Cover and steam for 8 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
Place broccoli in a serving bowl; add tomatoes. Combine lemon rind,
lemon juice, salt and pepper; stir well. Drizzle over broccoli
mixture; toss gently. Serves 6.
