Whole Wheat Bagels Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/8 cup: White Bread Flour,
1 1/8 cup: Whole Wheat Flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Butter,
2 tbsp: Molasses,
2/3 cup: Water,
Directions:
Options: You can substitute all White Bread Flour.
If you do, be careful in the boiling stage.
You can add - 1/4 Cup well packed raisins & 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon.
You can sprinkle on top - 3/4 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds or 3/4 Tablespoon
Sesame Seeds or 1/4 Cup Onions or your own preferences
For Egg Bagels: Substitute for Water = 1 Egg plus water to make 2/3
Cup + 1 Tablespoon Water and before baking, brush with egg white. You
can also sprinkle with seed.
