Zucchini Quick Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Eggs,
2 tsp: Soda,
1 cup: Salad oil,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 cup: Sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: Baking powder,
2 tsp: Vanilla,
1 1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
2 cup: Shredded zucchini,
3/4 tsp: Nutmeg,
3 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Chopped nuts,
8 ounce: Crushed pinapple,
Directions:
Beat eggs, add oil sugar and vanilla. Continue beating until foamy.
Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir till well blended. Pour into 2
5x9 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1hr.
