Lettuce With Sour-cream Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Sour cream,
1/4 cup: Cider vinegar,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
6: Scallions, sliced
1: Lettuce head,
Directions:
Mix together the sour cream, vinegar, salt, pepper and scallions.
Tear (dont cut) the lettuce into small pieces and pour the
