Foster Farms Fiesta Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs: Boneless Foster Farms chicken breasts, skinned
2 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 can: La Victoria Thick n Chunky Salsa, medium, 16 oz
1/3 cup: Water,
1 can: Calavo Avocado Guacamole, lite/mild/spicy/zesty, 8 oz
Sour cream,
Fresh cilantro,
Directions:
In a large pan, brown Foster Farms chicken pieces in hot oil for 5
minutes; drain off fat. Add 12 ounces of the La Victoria Salsa and
water. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
To serve: remove Foster Farms chicken to plate. Spoon on remaining La
Victoria salsa; add a layer of sour cream, and top with Calavo Avocado
Guacamole.
