Italian Wheat Bread (machine) - Regular Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: + 2T Water,
1 1/2 cup: White bread flour,
1/2 cup: Wheat bread flour,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Pesto sauce,
1 tsp: Yeast, fast rise or machine or -
1 1/2 tsp: Yeast, active dry

This is a light wheat bread with a succulent pesto flavor. Serve it
plain or use it for garlic bread with spaghetti or lasagna.

Success Hints


Use freshly prepared pesto sauce or make your own. Stir the sauce
well before measuring to blend oil.
