Lime Sorbets Recipe

Yield: 5 cups

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Fresh lime juice,
2 tbsp: Finely grated lime zest,
3 cup: Sugar Syrup,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, then transfer to an
ice-cream maker; freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
(Sorbet keeps for up to two weeks in the freezer.)

Per 1/4-cup serving: 98 calories, no fat, no cholesterol.
