Meat Pie ( Tourtiere ) # 3* Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Minced pork,
1 small: Onion, minced
1/2 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/2 tsp: Thyme,
1/4 tsp: Sage,
1/8 tsp: Cloves,
1/2 cup: Water,

Directions:
Directions; Mix ingredients together and cook over medium heat until
it loses its pinkness; do not brown. Lower heat and allow to simmer
uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Chill mixture. Stir
before using. Using favorite crust, bake at 400 degrees for 35
minutes.
