Mexican Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: Ground beef, extra lean
1 can: Tomato sauce, 15 oz.
1 large: Chopped onion,
1 can: Olive, ripe 4 oz chopped
1 package: Longhorn cheese, 12 oz
1 can: Salsa, 4 oz chopped
Grated,
24 each: Hard rolls,
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion together; drain. Add remaining ingredients
excepts rolls. Pinch bread out of center of rolls; fill with the beef
mixture. Wrap each roll in foil. Bake at 350 deg. for 30 min. Yield:
24 sandwiches.
