Texas Turkey Pasta Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
12 ounce: Ground turkey,
4 ounce: Monterey Jack cheese,
14 1/2 ounce: Can salsa with cilantro,
-cut in cubes, 1 cup
8 ounce: Cn whole-kernel corn, drained

Directions:
Prepare 12 ounces pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile... Cook ground turkey in a large nonstick skillet over
medium-high heat, breaking up clumps, 3 to 4 minutes until no longer
pink. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Stir in salsa and corn. Cover and simmer 4 to 5 minutes to blend
flavors.
Before draining pasta, scoop off about 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking
water. After draining, return pasta to pot along with reserved
cooking water.
Toss sauce and cheese with hot pasta. Serves 4.
