Tofu Curry Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
TOFU CURRY CREAM,

Directions:
Serve this creamy spread from Vegetarian teacher Eta Brand as a dip
for fruit or vegetable platters or as a dressing for baked potatoes.
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz Tofu, silken or firm
2 tb Canola Oil
1/3 c Lemon Juice
1/4 c Honey
1/2 ts Dried Ginger
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Curry Powder
DIRECTIONS:
In food processor, crumble tofu and blend with oil and lemon juice.
Add honey and spices. Blend until creamy yellow. If using firm tofu,
add a little water for a creamier consistency. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
