Apple Raisin Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 medium: Red Delicious Apples, cubed 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
1 cup: Raisins,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
3/4 cup: Walnuts, chopped
1 package: Equal sweetner,
1/4 cup: Skim milk,
1 each: Head Boston Lettuce,
1/4 cup: Cottage cheese, low fat
Separated into leaves,
1/2 tsp: Horseradish sauce,
Directions:
Place apples, raisins, and walnuts in a large bowl Place remaining
ingredients except lettuce in blender or food processor mixing till
smooth. Pour blended ingredients over apple mixture. Toss to coat.
Arrange lettuce leaves in 6 bowls and spoon apple mixture into center
of bowls.
