Apples Stewed In Calvados Recipe

Ingredients:
6: Apples,
1/4 cup: Apricot preserves,
-, at least 3 varieties
-pref sugar-free,
-peeled, cored
1/4 cup: Apple juice,
-cut into quarters,
2 tbsp: Calvados, apple brandy
1/2 cup: Raisins,
-omit if unavailable,
1 tsp: Ground cinnamon,
Directions:
Put the apples raisins, cinnamon, preserves, and Calvados into a
heavy pot with a lid. cook over low heat until the apples are soft,
20-30 minutes. Serve warm, at room temperature, or cold.
Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks. Return to room temperature before
serving.
