CAROB PEANUT BUTTER,
HOMEMADE NUT OR SEED BUTTER,

Directions:
Peel banan, cut in half crosswise and coat with coatings. Roll in
coconut. Place cut side down on a plate and place in the freezer.
When frozen serve as they are or for easier serving, cut each in half
