Basic Shortbread Recipe

Yield: 3 dozen

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Butter,
3 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Icing Sugar,
1/4 cup: Cornstarch,

Directions:
Cream butter, add icing sugar and cream well. Add flour and
cornstarch. Beat until light and fluffy. Drop from teaspoon onto
ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork or fingers. Bake at 350
for 12 minutes.
