Basil-avocado Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Avocados, peeled & pitted
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 cup: Reduced-fat sour cream,
2 1/2 cup: Chicken stock,
1/2 cup: Fresh basil, chopped
Avocado slices, sour cream
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
And Basil sprigs to garnish,

Directions:
In a processor or blender, combine avocados, sour cream, basil, lemon
juice and pepper; puree until smooth. Add chicken stock; process
until smooth. Serve and garnish with avocado slices, a dab of low-fat
sour cream and basil. Per serving: 233 cal. 5 g protein, 19 g fat, 7
mg chol., 14 g carbs, 367 mg sodium.
