Triple Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Cottage cheese,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1/2 cup: Shredded Swiss,
1/4 cup: Shredded carrots,
1/4 cup: Grated Parmesan,
1/4 cup: Unsalted sunflower seeds,
2 tbsp: Milk,
, opt
1/8 tsp: Dill weed,

Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine cheeses, milk, dill and
pepper. Process until smooth. Stir in carrots. Cover and chill.
Just before serving, stir in the sunflower seeds, if desired.

Makes 1 3/4 c
