Berghoffs Alpen Ragout Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs: Veal, sliced in 2" strips 1 1/2 c Brown Gravy
1/4 lbs: Butter,
3 ounce: White Wine,
1/4 lbs: Fresh Mushrooms, thinly
Salt And Pepper, to taste
-sliced,
3 dash: Tabasco Sauce,
1/2 lbs: Onions, thinly sliced
4 ounce: Sour Cream,

Directions:
Brown veal in butter. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter and add to
meat. Add the gravy and wine and cook for 20 mins. Season to taste
with salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Add sour cream just before
serving. Makes 5 generous servings.
