Bettys Country Inn Salad Dressing Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Sugar,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
4 tbsp: Cocoa,
2 cup: Salad Dressing,
4 cup: Flour,
2 cup: Lukewarm Water,
4 tsp: Baking Soda,
2 tsp: Vanilla,
Directions:
Sift together the sugar, cocoa, flour, soda and salt. Add salad
dressing, water and vanilla. Stir well. Do not beat!
Grease and flour three 9-inch layer cake pans. Pour batter in pans
and bake in preheated 350 F oven for 30 to 35 mins. Frost with your
favorite frosting.
Makes 3 layers or 20 generous servings.
