Cobbler^ Recipe

Ingredients:
10 cup: Fruit, fresh, frozen or
1 cup: Juice or water,
Canned, drained
1 Recipe: DROP BISCUITS^,
1 1/2 tbsp: Cornstarch,
2 tbsp: SWEETENER, optional
1 cup: Chopped dried fruit,
Directions:
Dissolve cornstarch and sweetener in juice, then mix with fruit. Pour
into a 9x13" baking dish. Mix up the biscuits and drop by
tablespoonfuls on top of the fruit. Leave an inch between each
spoonful. Let raise 15 minutes. Bake at 350F. for 45 minutes. Source:
