Inside-out Stuffed Peppers Recipe

2 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 can: Stewed tomatoes, 16 oz cut

1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 large: Green pepper, chopped
1 cup: Shredded cheddar cheese,
1/2 cup: Long-grain rice, uncooked
Directions:
In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Transfer to a greased 2 qt.

for 1 hr. or until rice is tender. Uncover and sprinkle with the
cheese; return to the oven until cheese melts, about 5 min. Yield 4-6
