Kiwifruit Danish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Dinner rolls, crescent 3
2 tbsp: Sugar,
Oz,
1/2 tsp: Almond extract,
1 package: Cream cheese, softened 3
1 cup: Apricot jam,
Oz,
3 each: Kiwi fruit, pared &
1 each: Egg yolk,
Sliced,

Directions:
Unroll crescent roll dough and shape into eight triangle with equal
sides. Combine cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and almond extract;
blend well. Place l tablesoon cream cheese mixture in center of each
rriangle; top with kiwifruit slice. Pull points of triangle to center
and pinch to seal. Bake on greased baking sheet at 375 deg. for 12 to
15 min. or until golden brown. Cool on rack. Heat Jam. top each
danish with another kiwifruit slice; brush with jam. . Yield: 8
servings.
