Lo-cal Blueberry Jam Recipe

Ingredients:
5 cup: Fresh blueberries,
1 package: Fruit pectin powder, l-3/4
Or 2 packages 12 ounces,
Ounces,
Each,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
Unsweetened frozen,
3 1/2 tsp: Liquid artificial sweetener,
Blueberries, thawed
Directions:
In a saucepan, mash blueberries. Stir in pectin and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from the heat; stir in the
sweetener. Stir for 2 minutes. Spoon into jars. Cool, Cover, seal and
refrigerate. Yield: 1-1/2 pints. Calories: 9 per tablespoon.
