Low-calorie Whipped Topping Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Nonfat dry milk,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/2 cup: Ice water,
3 tsp: Liquid sucaryl,
Directions:
Chill bowl and beater.Mix dry milk and ice water in bowl; beat with
electric mixer until soft peaks form.Add lemon juice and sucaryl; beat
until stiff peaks form.
Per 1/4 cup serving: Calories 16 protein 1.5g no fat carbhydrate 2.5g
(with sugar 32 calories)
1 serving = 1/4 cup skim milk
