Tex-mex Bean Dip Recipe

1 cup: Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup: Dairy sour cream,
1 cup: Monterey Jack cheese --,
1 package: Cream cheese, 8 oz.
Grated,
1 can: Green chilies, 4 oz.
1 bunch: Green onions,
Chopped,
, (6 onions), chopped,
1 package: Taco seasoning,
Divided,
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except 1 tablespoon of onion in fondue pot or
chafing dish. Heat and stir until cheese melts. Top with reserved
onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Yield: 30 appetizer servings
