Eggs Obstaculos Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Oil,
8: Eggs,
3/4 cup: Tomato sauce,
1 cup: Beer,
Hot sauce, to taste
Toast,
Directions:
Combine oil, tomato sauce, and hot sauce in a shallow pan. Heat to
boiling. Break eggs into pan and heat slowly until eggs are cooked.
Pour beer over. Serve immediately over toast. (I havent tried this
but may sometime soon.)
