Quick And Easy Sauteed Salmon Steaks Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Salmon Steaks,
1/2: Red onion sliced and cut,
1 tsp: Soy Sauce, thin or mushroom
-into half rings,
-or fish sauce,
2 tbsp: Margerine,
4 slice: Lemon,
1/2 tsp: To 1 ts garlic, minced
Directions:
In large and heavy non-stick skillet, melt margerine, add soy or
oriental fish sauce and garlic. Let fuse and ad onion, allow to
soften fully then and add salmon. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and
continue another 4 to 5 minutes or until it easily flakes. Garnish
with lemon slices.
