Roslinds Crispy Fudge Recipe

Yield: 16 squares

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Butter, or marg.
1/2 cup: Icing sugar, sifted
1/4 cup: Corn syrup,
2 cup: Kelloggs Rices Krispies or,
1 cup: Semi-sweet chocolate chips,
-other similar cereal,
1 tsp: Vanilla,

Directions:
This one is absolutely simple but VERY good.

Combine butter, corn syrup and chocolate chips in a sauce pan. Cook
over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Remove
from the heat. Stir in vanilla and icing sugar, mixing until smooth.
Add the cereal and mix.

Spread mixture with a rubber spatula in a lightly buttered or a
non-stick 8" pan. Chill until set and cut into squares.
