Shrimp And Shells In Black Bean Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Medium pasta shells,
3/4 cup: Heavy cream,
4: Green onion, s
1/2 lbs: Large shrimp,
1 tbsp: Bottled,
Shelled and deveined,
Black bean-garlic-sauce,

Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until
tender but still firm, 7-9 min. Drain well.

2. Meanwhile, chop the green onions. In a large frying pan, combine
the black bean-garlic sauce and cream and bring to a gentle boil over
high heat. Cook 1 min. Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the
shrimp. Cook, stirring often, until the sauce thickens somewhat and
the shrimp are pink and curled, 2-3 min.

3. Add the pasta and toss. Add the green onions and toss well.
