Teriyaki Hens^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 package: , (6lb) fresh cornish hens,
2 tbsp: Honey,
Quartered,
2 tbsp: Minced, peeled fresh
1/4 cup: Reduced sodium soy sauce,
Gingerroot,
2 tbsp: Rice wine vinegar or white,
2 centiliter: Garlic, minced
Vinegar,
1/4 tsp: Crushed red pepper flakes,
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate hens 2 to 4 hours in the
refrigerator.
Preheat broiler. Broil 6-8" from heat 20-25 minutes, turning now and
then.
