Sweet & Sour Pork Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Boneless pork,
1: Egg, beaten
2 tbsp: Flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
3/4 cup: Salad oil,
1 Clove: garlic, crushed
3: Green peppers, cut in strips
1 can: Pineapple chunks, undrained
3 tbsp: Cornstarch,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Chicken broth,
1/2 cup: Vinegar,
2 tsp: Soy sauce,
Hot cooked rice,
Directions:
Trim fat from pork and cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Combine egg,
flour, salt and pepper, mix well. Pour mixture over pork cubes,
coating well. Heat oil and garlic in heavy skillet over med. heat,
add pork and cook until each pc. is golden brown on all sides. Drain
off pan drippings, reserving 1 tbs. of drippings. Add green pepper,
1 tbs. reserved drippings and undrained pineapple chunks to pork in
skillet. Simmer over low heat 5 minutes. Combine cornstarch and
sugar, stir in chicken broth, vinegar and soy sauce. Add to skillet.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, unti sauce is smooth and
