Veal Delicious Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Veal steak 3/4 inch thick,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
3 tsp: Fat,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1: Onion,
2 cup: Sour cream,
1/2 cup: Flour,
Directions:
Cut veal into serving pieces.
Rub with salt and pepper and roll in flour
Brown on both sides in hot fat.
Place in a roasting pan or casserole and cover with sour cream.
Slice onion in very thin slices and lay on top.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 2 hours.
