Baked Louisiana Strawberries With Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Strawberries, halved
-eighths,
2/3 cup: Blueberries,
1 T: Sugar,
2: Plums, pitted, cut into
1/3 cup: Sweet white wine,
-eighths,
-vanilla ice cream,
1: Peach, pitted, cut into
Directions:
================DIRECTIONS============================ Preheat oven
to 325 degrees F. Place fruit in 8-inch square glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with sugar. Pour wine over fruit. Bake until fruit is
tender about 20 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve warm with vanilla ice
cream.
Serves 6.
NOTE: Other fruit can be substituted and the results are always
