Easy Hamburger Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Beef, ground
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 medium: Onion, chopped
8 ounce: Musrhooms, drained
2 tbsp: Flour, all-purpose
1 can: Soup, cream of chicken
1/2 tsp: Salt,
8 ounce: Sour cream,
1/2 tsp: Garlic salt,
8 ounce: Egg noodles, cooked/drained
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender.
Stir in flour, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and mushrooms; cook over
medium heat 5 minutes, stirring mixture constantly.
Stir soup into meat mixture; simmer 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Stir in sour cream, and cook only until thoroughly
heated. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
