Fagiolini Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Green Beans, Italian style
Salt and pepper,
1/2 tsp: Garlic, minced fresh
2 tbsp: Olive oil, more if desired
Directions:
Snip ends from beans and cut into 2 inch pieces. Steam to desired
doneness. Add garlic, olive oil and fresh ground pepper and salt to
taste. Toss well.
Maranate for at least 1 hour. Serve at room temperature. If Italian
green beans are not available, other styles of fresh green beans can
be substituted.
