Lobster Boats Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Cooked lobster meat,
1/4 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
-chopped,
1/8 tsp: Tabasco sauce,
1/4 cup: Condensed cream of mushroom,
-Pepper to taste,
-soup,
24: Mushrooms, about 1 1/2"
2 tbsp: Bread crumbs,
-diameter, stems removed
2 tbsp: Mayonnaise,
-Grated Parmesan cheese,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Combine lobster, soup, bread crumbs, mayonnaise,
Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces and pepper. Stuff each mushroom cap
with 1 tb lobster mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place on a
15X10X1" bking pan. Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve hot.
