Pudding Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Syrup, dark corn
1 cup: Pecans, chopped
3 3/4 ounce: Pudding mix, vanilla instant
1: Pastry shell (8"), unbaked
3/4 cup: Milk, evaporated
Whipped topping,
1: Egg, slightly beaten
Pecan halves,
Directions:
Combine syrup and pudding mix in a bowl. Gradually add evaporated
milk and egg; stir to blend. Add pecans and pour into the unbaked
pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees until pie is set, about 55 minutes.
Garnish with whipped topping and pecan halves.
