Spicy Ham Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Syrup, dark corn
2: Eggs,
2 tsp: Mustard, dry
1/2 cup: Apple juice,
1/3 cup: Vinegar,
1 tbsp: Onion, minced
3 cup: Ham, ground (about 1-1/2lbs)
1/2 tsp: Mustard, dry
2 cup: Pork, ground (1 lb.)
1/2 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 cup: Breadcrumbs, fine dry
1/4 tsp: Pepper,

Directions:
Combine corn syrup, 2 teaspoon dry mustard, and vinegar in a small
saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove syrup from heat, and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Place meat mixture in a
greased 13x9x2" baking pan, and shape into 12x4" loaf. Bake at 300
degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, basting every 15 minutes with syrup
mixture.
