Egg And Bean Scramble Recipe

Ingredients:
I had 60 pounds of mung,
1 1/2 each: To 2 cup fresh bean,
-beans given to me when the,
-sprouts, rinsed and drained
-boys were young. We,
1/2 cup: Milk,
Sprouted them and used them,
Salt and pepper to taste,
-in just about everything.,
1 T: Oil,
3: -5 eggs,
Directions:
In medium skillet, fry the bean sprouts on high heat until moisture
is gone and sprouts are starting to brown. Add egg and milk mixture
and cook over medium heat until eggs are done. Serve with toast, or
by itself. You can also add onions, celery, tomato, or any leftover
