Egg And Butter Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
2 package: Dry yeast,
1 tbsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Warm water,
3: Eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cup: Scalded milk,
7 1/2 cup: Sifted flour,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1: Egg yolk,
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine,
Sesame seeds,

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine all remaining ingredients
except flour, egg yolk and sesame seeds. Mix wel, add yeast. Stir
in 3 cups flour. Add remaining flour a little at a time; knead until
smooth. Place in a greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down and let rest 30 minutes. Divide into 9 strips; braid into
3 loaves. Let rise 1 hour. Beat egg yolk and 2 tablespoons water
together; brush carefully over bread. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425 degrees.
