Ham Steak In Port Wine Recipe

Ingredients:

2 each: Ham slices, 3/4" thick
1/2 cup: Maple syrup,
1 cup: Sweet cider,
3/4 cup: Cranberries,
1 cup: Port wine,
DIRECTIONS
3/4 cup: Seedless grapes or raisins,
4 each: Whole cloves,
6 slice: Pineapple, optional
Juice of 1 orange,
Directions:
Place ham slices in CROCK-POT: (roll to fit, if necessary). Add
remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on High 1 hour, then on Low 6
hours. To thicken gravy: set CROCK-POT to High. Remove ham slices.
Make a paste of 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water.
Stir into CROCK-POT. Cook on High until thick. *So delicious you can
omit the port wine-just cook in cider and syrup.
