Japanese Beef & Noodle Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 lbs: Round beef, cubed
2 tbsp: Cold water,
1 tbsp: Butter,
1 tbsp: Teriyaki sauce,
1 package: Instant ramen noodles,
1/4 cup: Red wine,
2 tbsp: Cornstarch,
1/4 tsp: Ground ginger,

Directions:
1. Brown beef in butter; set aside.

2. Prepare ramen according to package directions; drain liquid from
noodles, reserving hot liquid.

3. Add cornstarch to cold water, stirring until dissolved.

4. Carefully add hot liquid from noodles to cornstarch mixture; heat
until mixture becomes thick and glossy.

5. Add teriyaki sauce, wine and ginger to sauce.

6. Combine beef, noodles and sauce; mix well. Serve hot.
