Quick Apple Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
4 small: Apples peeled,
-taste,
Cinnamon or nutmeg to,
1/3 cup: Water,
Directions:
Wash and slice applies into a 2 quart glass casserole dish. Add water
and cover. Cook 5-7 minutes until fruit is soft cooked but not mush.
Stir in seasonings. Let rest 5 minutes before eating. Delicious warm
or cold.
Serves 4 1 serving = 1 fruit exchange
