Sombrero Beef Recipe

Ingredients:

FROM: GRANDMA SHEILA, COOKIN
SOMBRERO BEEF,
1/4 cup: Water, (or corn liquor from
1 each: - 3/4" thick round steak,
-can),
-cup in strips, browned and
2 t: Chili powder,
-drained,
1 t: Ground coriander,
8 ounce: Can tomatoe sauce,
1 medium: Green pepper cut in strips,
1 small: Onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup: Chili sauce,
16 ounce: Can whole kernel corn,
1 cup: Shredded Monterey Jack,
-drained,
-Cheese,

Directions:
Combine steak strips with next 6 ingredients in casserole. Cover and
bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Add green pepper, chili sauce and top
with Cheese. Cover and bake 15 minutes.
